Women in Digital Business (WIDB) is a practical, hands-on digital skills training program designed to help women entrepreneurs confidently digitize their businesses, attract customers online, and increase sales.
Developed by the International Labour Organization (ILO) in collaboration with Microsoft, the program equips participants with the essential knowledge, tools, and systems needed to operate and grow a business in today’s digital economy.
The training is delivered virtually, using simple, easy-to-follow sessions that focus on real business application — not theory. Participants learn how to build an online presence, sell online, and adapt key business processes such as customer communication, payments, and delivery.
The program runs over 5 days, with one module per day and a final day dedicated to developing a practical digital action plan that participants can immediately implement in their businesses.
